Message from Rebecca Klippell, Executive Director

Our agency completes home studies for adoption from Russia, Guatemala, China, and Kazakhstan. Each country is unique in it's requirements, and the experiences that they offer, however all of the children are beautiful, lively, and eager to explore their world.

In Russia, China, and Kazakhstan, orphanage care is the norm. Not only when parents are deceased, but also when parents are unavaliable to provide for their child or children. It is hoped that these children will be placed in loving adoptive homes. In Guatemala, babies are placed in foster care where they receive one-on-one love and attention from the foster mother while they wait for loving adoptive families. The babies learn how to bond with others and this eases their transition to an adoptive home.

Our primary focus at EAAC is on what is best for the child. We also work to help you achieve your dream of having a family. As an adoptive parent myself, I am enthusiastic and commited to adoption as an avenue to having or expanding your family. The EAAC team and myself look forward to working with you.
